Custom designed and built twenty foot tiny house. Open floor plan designed for lots of natural light. Solid two by four construction with a cedar exterior and a steel roof. Rigid spray foam insulation in the walls and ceiling for year round comfort. The interior is entirely custom. Cupboards, stairs, counter top, etc. Three piece bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) with a fan to clear any moisture. The kitchen has a small fridge, two burner induction cook top with a range hood and plenty of cupboards for storage. The loft can accommodate a queen mattress. Plugs into a standard RV power hookup. The owner wanted a conventional toilet requiring a hookup to a septic system/tank. This could easily be reconfigured to a composting toilet. Compact electric water heater under the kitchen sink. The entire unit weighs approximately 8500lbs.
